BBF1散裝袋灌裝機是我們的入門級和最經(jīng)濟的系統(tǒng)。它是包裝干燥顆粒，片狀或粉狀材料的理想選擇。BBF系列散裝袋灌裝機的設(shè)計使得整個灌裝過程可以由一名操作員完成。

BBF1型是適用于貿(mào)易認(rèn)證的基本稱重型系統(tǒng)。它設(shè)計簡單，適用于基本應(yīng)用，袋子填充率低。操作者將袋環(huán)和袋入口連接到填充噴口。壺嘴夾可以是機械偏心夾，也可以是推薦用于多塵材料的可選充氣密封。一旦袋子就位，灌裝過程就開始了。

現(xiàn)在，通過使用所選的計量裝置，材料將以快速和滴下進(jìn)料模式計量到散裝袋中，直到達(dá)到目標(biāo)重量。袋內(nèi)的置換空氣通過雙管填充噴口被控制到受控的排氣點，該排氣點可以是簡單的襪子或完整的除塵系統(tǒng)。

裝滿后，可以用叉車將袋子從機器上取下。

BBF1 Bulk Bag Filling Machine

The BBF1 Bulk Bag Filling machine is our entry level and most economical system. It is ideal for packaging dry granular, flaked, or powdered materials. The BBF Series Bulk Bag Filler is engineered in such a way that the entire filling process can be completed with one operator.

Model BBF1 is a Base Weigh type system suitable for TRADE APPROVAL. It is simple in design, for basic applications, with low bag filling rates. The operator connects the bag loops and bag inlet to the fill spout. The spout clamp can be either a mechanical over-center clamp, or the optional inflatable seal which is recommended with more dusty materials. Once the bag is in place the filling process is initiated.

The material will now be metered into the bulk bag in fast and dribble feed modes, by use of the chosen metering device, until the target weight is reached. Displaced air within the bag in managed through the twin tube filling spout to a controlled vent point, which can be a simple sock or a full dust extraction system.

Once full, the bag can be removed from the machine by forklift truck.
